All Basic Buying and Support Content ID License Payments Subscription

What is Royalty-Free Music, and is the music on GetSymphony Royalty-Free?

Royalty-Free Music means that creators can purchase a license, pay once, and use the music without paying additional royalties. When you subscribe to GetSymphony, you receive a synchronization license to use any track in accordance with our License Terms. While mechanical and performance royalties are still collected on behalf of the composer and publisher, you or your clients never pay these royalties—this responsibility falls on the broadcasting network (TV, radio, social media, etc.).

Yes, all music on GetSymphony is 100% royalty-free. Once you’ve downloaded a track, you can use it in your project without paying extra fees or royalties.

How is GetSymphony different from other “No Copyright” music websites?

Unlike other platforms that claim to offer “copyright-free” music, we own 100% of our tracks. This means that we can resolve monetization issues quickly and without third-party involvement. 1. LICENSE TYPES & USAGE RIGHTS

We offer three types of licenses, available as either a single-track license or a subscription plan:

  • Professional License – For large-scale productions such as films, TV, video games, or any project requiring extended commercial rights.

All licenses are non-exclusive (the same track may be licensed to multiple users) and non-transferable (you may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the music).

  • If you purchase a single-track license, you may use the track at any time without expiration, according to the selected license type.
  • If you subscribe to a recurring plan, you may use any track from our catalog only while your subscription is active. However, if a video or project using our music was published while the subscription was active, it remains covered under the license even after the subscription expires.
